Anglesite

Anglesite is lead sulphate, found as heavy, adamantine, often yellow crystals on galena from Touissit (Morocco), Tsumeb and Monteponi (Sardinia). It forms by oxidation of galena and is frequently sold with a galena core. Like cerussite, it is a lead mineral and should be handled accordingly.
