Cavansite
Ca(VO)(Si4O10)·4H2O
Cavansite is the intense blue calcium vanadium silicate found in radiating rosettes on stilbite at the Wagholi quarry near Pune, India, which has supplied almost every specimen in existence since the 1980s. Its colour is unmistakable; pentagonite is a rarer polymorph from the same quarry with star-shaped twins. Wagholi is now built over, so supply is drying up.
