Echinoid
Eupatagus
Florida sea biscuit
Eupatagus antillarum is the Eocene heart urchin of the Ocala Limestone of Florida, found silicified in the Dolime and other quarries of Marion and Citrus counties and Florida's state fossil in all but name (Florida has none). Ocala echinoids are legal from quarries with permission and inexpensive; well-preserved Eupatagus show fine tubercles. They are commonly sold with Periarchus and Oligopygus.
