Uintacrinus (see U. socialis)

Uintacrinus is the genus of the Niobrara floating crinoid; see the species article for U. socialis. The genus also occurs in the Santonian of Europe and Australia. Uintacrinus slabs are the only common crinoid in the Cretaceous chalk of Kansas.
