Sevengill cow shark

Notorynchus is the broadnose sevengill cow shark whose lower teeth are wide, comb-like blades with a row of cusps; fossil N. primigenius teeth from the Miocene of Calvert Cliffs, Lee Creek and Bone Valley are prized by shark-tooth collectors for their unusual shape. Complete lower teeth with all cusps are uncommon and worth a premium; the cusps are easily repaired, so check them.
